My Nail Art Mobile Game Terms of Use

1. Free creative play and Apple license

Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the App Store download: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . These product-use notes supplement applicable terms without replacing mandatory Apple provisions.

My Nail Art is a free, single-player creative nail-design game. This release has no paid download, in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertisements. Apple and Google account and platform terms govern use of their stores. These terms do not modify applicable store agreements or override mandatory consumer rights.

2. Permission to use the game

The publisher permits you to install and use the supplied game for lawful creative and entertainment purposes. Ownership of the game, branding and proprietary supplied assets remains with the publisher or its licensors. Applicable open-source licenses control the components to which they apply; nothing here restricts rights those licenses grant.

You may share screenshots, gameplay recordings and your own original nail designs, including in your portfolio, subject to rights in any imported material. You may not falsely claim ownership of the publisher's mascot or branding, impersonate the publisher, or redistribute the game as your own product.

3. Your designs and imported content

You retain rights you already hold in your original content. Importing someone else's image does not grant you ownership or permission to publish it. Obtain permission when needed for copyrighted work, logos, private photographs and another person's likeness. The publisher does not claim ownership of your local designs and does not receive a general license to inspect them.

4. Local data and backups

Designs and game progress are stored locally. This release does not provide cloud backup, cross-device synchronization or guaranteed recovery. Export important work before clearing data, replacing files or uninstalling. A game's score, progression level or local collection has no monetary value and is not a financial asset.

5. Exporting and sharing

Review files before exporting or sharing. You choose the destination and are responsible for having permission to share included material. Third-party recipients, websites and storage services have their own rules and privacy practices. There is no automatic public upload from this release.

6. Acceptable use

Use the game and support channels lawfully. Do not distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, harass people, upload unlawfully obtained material, remove required license notices or misrepresent another person's work. These terms do not limit lawful research, interoperability or other rights that cannot be waived.

7. Creative references

Digital nail previews and scores are for creative play. They are not a promise of salon results or advice about products, allergies, nail health or safe application. Discuss real-world services and safety with qualified professionals.

8. Availability and updates

Compatibility depends on your system and the supported versions disclosed with the release. Updates may change or fix features. The publisher does not promise indefinite support, uninterrupted operation, preservation of all files in every circumstance or compatibility with every device. Nothing limits remedies available under mandatory law.

9. Privacy and support

Read the mobile Privacy Policy for local storage, exports, platform services and support correspondence. Contact info@jerseypublishers.com for help. Do not send credentials or sensitive material. The publisher cannot retrieve information stored only on your device.

10. Warranty and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without a guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for every purpose. No clause excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your location continue to apply.

11. Changes

Material changes will be identified with a revised date and any notice or agreement required by law. You can stop using the game and uninstall it at any time. Keep a copy of important designs first.
